UK Shipping
Shipping to UK mainland 2nd class standard takes 3-5 days via Royal Mail

Free UK tracked delivery on orders over £50 GBP
All orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Poppy and Fluff Cosmetics are not liable for addresses provided incorrectly. If purchasing with PayPal please ensure that your address is correct.
International Shipping
Sent with Royal Mail international tracked & signed. 5-7 days
All international orders are shipped with Royal Mail tracked & signed. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, you will receive a notification instructing on how you can get your order re-delivered on a suitable date or collect in person from your local post office.
International free shipping on orders over £100 GBP

Please note that Poppy and Fluff Cosmetics will not be liable for any customs/import charges for international orders, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since customs charges vary from country to country it is the responsibility of the customer to double check any charges that may apply.
How long does my order take to ship?
Once payment is completed and verified, your order will be processed. We aim to ship orders within 2 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Delays can be expected during busy periods.
Lost/Missing Parcel
Poppy and Fluff Cosmetics apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for any lost or missing parcels. Royal Mail states that items will not be declared lost until 28 working days have passed. Please contact us via email steph@poppyandfluffcosmetics.com after 28 days, so we can issue a refund or replacement, stating your order number, and address.
Damaged Items
All items are individually hand checked before being sent to ensure that they are not faulty upon receipt. However, in the rare instance that you have received a damaged item, please contact us via email steph@poppyandfluffcosmetics.com stating you order reference number. If you receive a faulty/damaged item you must notify us within 7 days. This does not include damaged packaging, only items.
Once we have received the items back, and are satisfied that the items have not been used or taken out of their packaging, a full refund will be given and can take up to 10 working days to appear into your account.
Poppy and Fluff Cosmetics are not responsible for the return postage costs.
Return Policy
All products are individually hand checked before postage to ensure that they are not damaged in any way, to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your products, you can return them unopened and unused within 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging completely unopened. If items have been opened, unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to the nature of our cosmetic products, for hygiene reasons, and customer health and safety.

To complete your return, please email steph@poppyandfluffcosmetics.com within 14 days, stating your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to steph@poppyandfluffcosmetics.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We advise you to always obtain proof of postage when returning any items, as we will not be liable for missing returns, without any proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, and it has been 10 working days since we emailed you to let you know your refund has been accepted, in the first instance it may be useful to contact your bank. There may have been a processing delay before allocating the refund.
